Procedure for Amala

Àmàlà can be eaten with various mouthwatering delicacies. Amala and Ewedu with Stew

Ingredients Needed for Amala and Ewedu soup with Stew are Yam flour, Ewedu leaf, red pepper, chili pepper, fresh tomatoes, palm oil, locust beans, salt, beef or fish as preferred, seasoning, potassium (kanun).

Procedure for Ewedu and Stew

First, Pick out the leaf of ewedu, rinse well. Then Put the leave in a pot, add little water, with very little quantity of potassium (kanhu). After 2 minutes, you Finally add the fish or meat (as preferred), let it cool for 15 minutes or more.
